Our Story

Hi, I’m Laura Kinney and I am a RN, BSN and have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. In 2020, I became interested in learning additional skills and began training for cosmetic injecting, wellness, and skin rejuvenation which led to me opening my injecting business, Bella You Aesthetics.

Helping others feel pampered by providing beauty services has been fulfilling, so when I saw the opportunity to open Beautiful You Med Spa + Suites in 2021, I knew it was the adventure I wanted to take! The newly renovated location in High Ridge consists of 5 suites for rent in addition to the suite Bella You Aesthetics calls home. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of starting this business and creating a fun atmosphere surrounding beauty and wellness to serve the community. I am passionate about educating clients and providing them with key information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatments.

By renting out the Suites to other small business owners, Beautiful You Med Spa + Suites provides a place for clients to receive several additional services that can complement their treatment needs.  Currently, services such as massage, waxing, eyelash extensions, brow lamination, and facials are offered in the suites, with three suites still available for rent.

Outside of work I spend time with my two girls, Hanna and Lizzy, and relax at home with my husband and 3 dogs.
